At COLLECT, we want you to be completely satisfied with your curated pieces. If an item doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact and attached.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
